FREE Skype Training

Learn to make FREE or very inexpensive phone and video calls world wide! This informative and practical class is open to anyone and is offered at two convenient times during the day. Space is limited and on a first come first served basis.

The Three Hills Library & the Three Hills ClicSite have joined together to present Skype training over two sessions.  This informative course will cover most features of Skype with particular attention to hands on training. Students will learn different ways to use Skype and then practice in class with fellow participants.  By the end of the course you will be easily making and receiving Skype calls. Course outline includes:

• Setting up a Skype account
• Skype calls (computer to computer)
• Skype Out calls (computer to phone)
• Sending text messages to mobile phones
• Sending files (photos, videos, etc.) to another Skype user
  
• Sharing your computer desktop
• and much more!

Dates:

• Tuesday, March 2 & 9 - 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
• Wednesday, March 10 & 17 - 1 pm - 2:30 pm

Both classes will be held at the ClicSite located in the Three Hills Provincial Building just down the hall from the library.
