The ClicSite offers low-cost or no-cost resources to support the work and growth of individuals, students, not-for-profit and voluntary sector organizations, for-profit businesses, entrepreneurs, business start-ups, home-based businesses and SOHO enterprise (small office, home office). Meeting Rooms There are times when several people in your business or organization need to get together to discuss their work, make plans or present their ideas to others. The ClicSite has well-equipped meeting rooms available for regular, occasional or short-term use. They can be set up in a number of different ways for business meetings, presentations and group training sessions. Light refreshments, telephone, fax, photocopier, colour printer and document production equipment are available for small additional fees. High-speed access to the Internet is provided through wired Ethernet data drops in the rooms or over a wireless Local Area Network (LAN). The ClicSite is located in the Provincial Building, which is wheelchair accessible and offers wheelchair-accessible public washrooms.

 Video Conference Suite A small Video Conference Suite (room only) is suitable for group meetings for up to four people. It has a rounded table and rolling shell chairs. $5 per hour, $20.00 per day. Minimum $10. |

 HD Video Conference Boardroom The Video Conference Boardroom (room only) features an executive conference room table with nine leather padded armchairs. The table can be used in an open V-shape or closed to a standard table. The table also features Ethernet data drops and power outlets, allowing each person to run a laptop on the LAN/Internet without recharging. $10 per hour, $40 per day. Minimum $20. |

 Meeting Room Our large Meeting Room accommodates up to 25 people. The rolling desks and shell chairs can be reconfigured in different ways to facilitate the meeting. A DVD/VCR player and computer attached to a 65” SMART touch screen digital whiteboard are provided at no additional charge for presentations or collaborative group work. $15 per hour, $60 per day. Minimum $30. |
